You see, it’s all the clatter and noise in my head…
Doesn’t make for good conversation, it must said…

A complete sound.
A reason to communicate...clearly, in a safe space.
I watch you dearly…struggle to find.

DEAFENING NOISE…

And it’s a dying art.
The subtlety of conversation...not mired in frustration.
Not embittered and chewed and spat across the room.
See, it’s the mindless patter than I dread, yearning for much more
instead…

And here I find myself, thankfully reaching for the pen,
It’s taken some time to write again, to find a reason.
To formulate, to write it down, to get it out.
